Heart Walk

I was the team captain for the Heart Walk in our department this year. I have also helped in years past.
It was a fun 5K walk that the 4 of us  (Gina included) did back in November. We had a fun warm up session of dancing and stretching, then had our walk and afterward had some healthy snacks. I will admit on the way to the healthy heart walk we stopped at McDonald's and Joseph had his FIRST ever breakfast sandwich. We hardly ever get fast food breakfast but this morning was an exception. Needless to say..he loved it. He had a mcgriddle. I believe he has now had fast food 3 times in his life :)
