
I'm feeling good these days. I have been exhausted a lot, but besides that I'm pretty much normal. Sometimes I get tummy aches but that probably has to do with me being starving all the time. I've only had to get up once in the middle of the night and go downstairs to eat something. I told Joey to move the mini fridge upstairs beside the bed..but he hasn't yet.
Right when I found out I was expecting I started attending my Yoga classes again. I had stopped when I got Gina back in November. I knew I had to get moving again! My fitness teacher is certified in prenatal classes, nutrition, and numerous fitness classes. Her website is http://www.yogastar.net/ I'm taking the normal yoga class up until I'm about 5-6mths, then after that I'll be switching to the prenatal class. Until I have a baby belly she said I am good to continue with the normal class. Besides yoga on Mondays, Gina and I are walking and rollerblading. We are loving the time change, it gives me extra daylight to get out after work and exercise in the neighborhood. Here is a picture of Gina and I after a workout!
I go back to the doc on the 6th when I'll be 12 weeks!! Yay! We are so excited!
