Joseph talks...a lot

Well, we can't get seem to get him to be quiet. It starts the minute we walk into his room to get him up, he is telling us about everything in his crib. He loves his crib and will not get out until he is ready. If you try to lift him before he is ready, he will squeeze down his arms so hard you can't get under his arms to pick him up. He will repeat anything we say. He can say everyones names, Aunt Lacey, Uncle Russell, Rusy (Lusy), and Riry (lily). He can sing the alphabet and he can sing the whole song Twinkle, Twinkle little star. He is really into songs right now. He gets words mixed up sometimes and it is so funny. For somersault he'll say "applesauce", for rainbow he'll say "elbow", and for strawberries he says "strawbabies". He will say he is hungry now instead of just saying and signing"eat". If I sign "shoes" or "socks" he knows what I'm talking about and will go get his shoes or say "socks". Joey reads the sign language book to him periodically and he has him make all the signs in the book. It is one of Joseph's favorite books I think because it has real photos of children making the signs and Joseph will sign and say what sign he sees.
Some other things Joseph loves right now: car rides, Gina, running and screaming, water water water, EGGS!, playing outside, wheels, cars and trucks, kicking the soccer ball, and he loves hiding and us saying "where are you" in a sing-song voice and he comes running and screaming at us. 22 months is a fun age! Almost a month left until he is 2 !
