IT'S NOT THANKSGIVING UNLESS...

You make a turkey with your hand,

You get to ride on a pony

(yes real live pony rides are at the Tlustos Thanksgiving),

And you get to drive Tee-Toe's Polaris.

We had a nice Thanksgiving the Saturday before the real holiday at my parents house. It is so nice that my mom hosts the holiday before the real day because then no traveling during busy holiday traffic, and I worked the Friday after Thanksgiving, so it all works out.

My sister brought their pet Pony, Cowboy, over to my parents so the kiddos could take turns riding. Of course Joseph wasn't too excited about him, he would rather be riding on Tee-Toe's Polaris. He'll pick wheels over anything these days. Joseph ran and played most all day and he even took a good nap. It was great seeing my 2 cousins on my dad's side and their children. We only see then about once a year these days so  I think we all enjoyed it. A sunny but cool day followed by a warm fire at home makes for a perfect turkey day!
